Would Juan Diaz REALLY be able to take Pacman's power?

Acelino Freitas after 30 fights, had a KO rate of above 93%. He's also bigger than Manny, so I'd say, Juan has a pretty decent beard.

Were you saying Freitas was bigger than Manny? Or Juan? Manny has a half an inch height advantage over Juan and also came in 1 pound heavier in his last fight ( MP/MAB II and Juan Diaz / Julio Diaz) ripped with Juan still carrying baby fat.

Juan has a good chin. But its not the chins that usually score MP his KD's. Its the angles he attacks them at and his flurry of punches that puts his opponents off balance. Juan not having much head movement and the angles that Manny utilizes is the reason I think MP has a chance. The other of course is MP's speed. This would be a Great fight and I wouldnt be surprised "if they both stay on top" to see this happen in late 2009.

For the record. I think if they were to fight late next year I would give just a slight advantage to MP. His movement, ring generalship and "experience" was my determining factor. As ive said before. The longer MP waits. The harder it gets. Juan is getting better and stronger by the fight. MP is close to if not at his prime.
