De La Hoya/Mayweather.. you gotta ATLEASt assume Mayweather brought in a good 30-40 percent of the audience, and paying audience. Hatton, hasn't proven anything outside of his country. That's great, (not being sarcastic, it's great to have a solid fan base) but it doesn't prove you're marketable, overall. He probably has a good 100,000 fans at home, but those aren't successful PPV numbers. (For the record, neither is 200,000 for that matter.)
He has far more than 100,000 fans in the U.K Amir Khan has more than that out of the 60 million people in the UK theres a hell of a lot of em that are fans of hatton. Hell 10000 British people turned up to the Hatton-Castillo fight that 10% of what you suggest

I think Hatton's just trying to get under Mayweather's skin or grab a mental edge. Ever since Mayweather was off DWTS he's been very quiet; back to business like with his training.

Hatton is a huge fish in a small pond in Britian...and Mayweather is a small fish in a BIG pond in USA.

no true boxing fan would pay a dime to see mayweather run for 12 rounds. of course they will fly thousands of miles to watch a true warrior like hatton.

I believe Hatton is confusing being the more likeable fighter with being the more lucrative fighter.
