Floyd can hurt Hatton. Collazo doesn't punch as hard as Mayweather, and he hurt him. You can say all you want that Hatton was sick, but none of that is TRULY proven. What is, is that he was out on his feet in the 12th round. He held on, like a true champion, and won a close one, but he was pretty gassed, and pretty hurt. Floyd has BLINDING speed, the word BLINDING, being emphasised, because it's the punch you don't SEE, that hurts the most.

I'm not really sure what you're basing this on. Seems like pure conjecture to me. It may be your opinion that Collazo doesn't punch as hard as Mayweather but there's really no basis for this assertion.

You are a JWW. Who would you rather fight: Maussa or Baldomir?
This is a bit of a change of tack, I'm not sure I understand why this question would come to mind. But in answer to your question I would take the easy fight against the guy who was the indisputed linear Welterweight champion, something that Baldomir was not when Hatton took on Maussa.

Heavy artillery? The vids of Tszyu getting stomped by a journeyman
Why is a video from eight years and thirteen fights before the Hatton - Tszyu fight relevent? You yourself responded to a comment along the lines of "Judah was never the same after his devastating KO loss to Kostya" with the correct assertion that since the Tszyu fight Judah established himself as the top dog at Welterweight with a stoppage win over Cory Spinks. So in the interests of fairness can we completely disregard the stoppage loss to Vince Phillips, and I won't ever post a chicken-dance video when Zab is claimed to be a good opponent for Floyd?

if you watch the interview with collazo after the fight he clearly says he was never hurt by hatton in the fight
Pinch of salt. Collazo was clearly hurt by body punches during the fight, regardless of what he claimed afterwards. He was still claiming a robbery at that point, it was in his best interest to look like he wasn't affected.

I based that on two facts, one opinion and just what I happen to see. Mayweather has more KOs, regardless of the weight. Number two, it's what I see when they throw the punch, and how they throw it. The punch you can't see, hurts you the most. Mayweather is also faster, so he has that going for him. The third thing is, honestly, I'd rather be punched by Luis than Floyd. That counts to me, really does.

Mayweather has more KOs, regardless of the weight.
You can't count the number of KOs for anything. Collazo has fought his entire career at 147 and 154 lbs. He has a KO ratio of just over 50% at these weights. Mayweather has fought moast of his career at 135 lbs and below. Above 147 lbs his KO ratio is 25%.

Number two, it's what I see when they throw the punch, and how they throw it. The punch you can't see, hurts you the most. Mayweather is also faster, so he has that going for him.
You know something I'd rather take a punch that I can't see from one of the 140 lb guys at my gym than the punch you can see from one of the heavyweights. Just because you don't see it coming doesn't automatically make it a harder punch.

Furthermore Collazo does have an advantage in that as a southpaw punches are coming in from unusual angles so by and large Ricky didn't see them coming.

The third thing is, honestly, I'd rather be punched by Luis than Floyd. That counts to me, really does.
I think Floyd would kick the crap out of me more than Luis would (Floyd is a better puncher) but if we're talking a single punch that you have to stand there and take I'd pick Floyd. Collazo isn't exactly hands of stone but he can still punch, he still has knocked out 13 professional fighters.

As for Hatton's face after the fight, Hatton's defence was a mixture of ****e and nonexistant in that fight. It doesn't take that much to seriously mark up someone's face over 12 rounds of boxing. I've had more black eyes and bruises from guys I outweigh than I have from guys I'm about equal to.

This fight isn't even close. I guess Hatton has a chance. Mayweather could trip on something in the ring, fall and knock himself out. Hatton has the wrong style to beat Mayweather. Claiming Hatton was sick when he won a close decision over Collazo taking a pounding in the process is just another bogus excuse. How about this, Mayweather could have knocked Dela Hoya out in the first round but his hands hurt so he opted to just win a decision. Be happy Hatton's going to get a nice payday but he has little chance of out boxing a pound for pound champion like Mayweather. This fight will be exciting for Hatton fans for the first few rounds until it's apparent that his lunges only result in him being hit and that's how I see this fight, Hatton chasing Mayweather while getting his faced punched. Mayweather by wide lopsided decision

Well, you're entitled to your opinion, though I disagree. I'll just leave with saying, Luis hurt Hatton late. Stevie Wonder could have seen those shots coming, regardless of any south paw angles, Hatton was just fatigued. But, everything else, we just happen to not see eye to eye on.

Power isnt the only way to hurt a fighter. One perfect punch can put you on your ass.

Surely being someone who knows anything about boxing would know this no?

Thats why boxing is so exciting. Even with the odds stacked against you, no matter what people say there is NEVER A NO CHANCE SITUATION because one punch is all it takes to break a rib, jaw, take your wind away or most importantly knock you the fugg out.

WRONG! It has already been established that the people that don't think Floyd is the face of boxing make 2 or 3 times as many threads as his so called "nuthuggers" . Odd hmmmmm...
