its kind of hard to fall down from a punch when your holding your opponent (I know it didn't happen the whole time, but Hatton was clinching after getting hit vs Kostya)

granted Mayweather didn't get the kayo .. but marking someone's face counts as having some kinda power and or accuracy either way you cut it

by getting hit a lot your face will get bruises... but floyld doesnt have the ko power of a boxer. i mean in an ordinary street fight it's hard to get knocked out with someone normal, but in boxing ring geetting hit flush should mean lights out.

Whether or not he can hurt Hatton and with regularity will be the deciding factor in the fight. He can still win if he's not able to but it's going to be a long grueling 12 rounds for him.

What happens in the first few rounds will reveal alot about how this fight is going to go. I'm leaning towards the idea that's it's going to be difficult for Floyd to hurt Hatton because Hatton is not very easy to hit with flush shots or combinations. especially if your not prepared to get with a couple back in return, so I dont see Mayweather eally hurting him much in this fight. And of the two I'd say Hatton is the heavier puncher, and probably takes a better punch.

I think Hatton will win.

I think Floyd will try to keep Hatton at distance with his reach and jab so he can use his legs as much as possible but it wont work, Hatton will be closing the distance on him and outworking him. Floyd will realize he's going to have to fight to win and he'll lose anyway. His bicycle nullfied Hatton matches or surpases his stamina, the heavier puncher, the more tenacious, and I just dont know how Floyd can fight a tough fight where he's got a broken wheel on his bicycle especially against this opponent.

It doesn't matter whether Mayweather hurts him or not. Hatton's face won't allow him to last all 12 rounds.
