Yeh their is a crazy Carl Froch fan on here. But the truth be told, Froch is just another overhyped Pommy fighter. He is not in the top five of the divsion. Bute Vs Mundine is what i want to see and we may well see it early next year. Mundine by UD but a great fight it will be.

I didn´t know him and he has a very good record, very good ko% and he beat sakio bika apparently on a very convincing way, an bika is not easy fight.

how do you think he would do against calzaghe or kessler???
He needs more fights, I would love for him to fight calzaghe/kessler. But I just don't feel that he's ready for either yet, and I think he knows he's not yet. I think he is smart and he knows what to do and what time, and I'm pretty sure he should get maybe 2 or 3 more fights before going after someone at that level. I think he might want to take on someone like carl froch first, and I really believe he can beat carl froch. While, froch is fighting crap competition compared to Bute, bute is fighting pretty tough competition. While, Carl Froch's next fight is against an old ass Robin Reid... Thats a ****ing ridiculous fight, I wish Robin would get the upset in that fight.

Mundine, Andrade, A.Green, Contender winner or perhaps Lacy vs. Bute would make more sense. They have done something to prove the level to face a champ. Froch is just playing with nobodies, and is getting old doing it.

Froch isn't worth facing for a belt holder, unless he proves he can handle some prime talent..

Your perhaps the greatest underestimator of Mundine on this forum. Yet your betting on kessler to beat Calzaghe. Was Mundine vs Kessler not a good fight. And how aren't Soliman or Green world class when Soliman was rated no8 by ring magazine and Green no 4?

Anyways yes i agree with what you have to say on Froch. But Andrade,A..green are not in Mundines class........

I don't think I'm underestimating Mundine, but ok. you would think so I would like anybody out of the top 10 to fight him.
Green/Soliman had good rankings, but they both (like Mundine himself) have more famous looses than wins.
It was a great fight, but not great performance by Kessler. I think you are underestimating Kessler, since you seem to think that primarily counterpunching, low stamina and keeping of to many power shots, is Kessler in trouble with Mundine, and not trouble with bad preparation, back pain and fear of making it worse, like it really was. When you watch Kessler against JC, tell me if Mundine could walk 12 round with him..

I NEVER said anything about Mundine not having earned a high position.. My smw rankings:

              Calzaghe
              Kessler
              Bute
              Mundine
              Lacy

Earning a Championship fight is 50% popularity contest, 50% sport.. Keeping up your momentum, is meeting the public demand.
If your boy Mundine could handle a guy like A.Green in his backyard, he afterward could get whatever fight he wants.

Okay you make some valid points. I like Bute, but hes limited. Watch Mundine vs Green and then Kessler and then watch Bute vs Berrio. Does Berrio validate a number 3 ranking in the division. No way mate.

Stylewise Froch would be a nightmare for Bute, Froch would counter him all night. Froch needs to step up now he has the power to knock anyone out.

Bute dominates this guy from start to finish, unless he gets caught with something big. But, Bute's got a good beard and Froch is quite slow so that's unlikely. Once Froch fights someone above European level, then his potential will be known.
