I thikn even if Floyd fought Hatton, Willians, Margarito and Cinton the same time, 4 vs.1 .. haters would still find someone he'd fear ...

If he is such a boxing master, why did he lose to an unfocused Castillo? Or keep on fighting bums like Corley, Bruseles, and Gatti? Or run from Baldomir? Or ducked a whole lot of fighters? Or A WHOLE LOT OF THINGS? Why?

He lost to an unfocused Castillo what, he was focused and PBF was hurt and he still won. And everyone has fillers on their resume and those names are not bad as such. He also beat some very good fighters in Chavez, Corrales, and a prime Geno after only 17 fights. With wins over Hatton and the COtto/Mosley winner he has to be considered an all time great. Remember his last fights are against much bigger men and Floyd could easily make 140 yet he is fighting DLH at 154. The haters will hate but name one other fighter that has done that. PEace

And i think the thread starter should show a bit more respect to Floyd who has dedicated his entire life to the sport and is reaping rewards for all the hard work. How can the greatest defensive fighter of all time be over rated? if you ask ali, or sugar ray they will tell you Floyd has the best defence ever. He may not be as good as them in attack but with such a good defence you don't need to be. So start respecting him.

Unfortunately US boxing is lacking a poster boy.
No heavyweight champ.
And a bunch of faded stars in Hopkins , RJJ , Evander etc etc etc.
This is why Mayweather has been groomed to be a "Superstar".
