Duddy has proven to be mediocre.

But I'm not sure if Winky is an option. has Wijnky expressed interest in fighting at 160 again? If so it's clear he should be rated #1.

WINKY WRIGHT: Hopkins won't fight me again, Arum will keep Pavlik away from me his whole career, Mayweather wouldn't fight me if his life depended on it, and Oscar needs to step up to the plate and give the fans the fight they want to see.

The latest is that I'm still waiting to see how long Oscar and them are going to wait. Nobody wants to see Oscar fight Ricky Hatton. Floyd's going to beat Hatton anyway, so he's out. Floyd and Oscar don't make for an exciting fight, but I'll take the chances to make a fight out of it.

Winky has said that he will take any good fights from 154 to 168+.

What Winky doesnt say is the ridiculous amount of money he will demand for the fight. You don't really think a fight gets made just because someone says they want it? Wright will fight anyone for the right amount of money and money is what he wants, hence the fight with De La Hoya. He fought Hopkins for less than what he would have made with a Taylor rematch, because he refused a 50-50 split.

agreed. if he gets his name out there as the guy who knocks people out makes for gory fights, he'll become mainstream.

of course we'd all rather see him fight arthur abraham or b-hop or somethin right?

...Yeah, I would rather see him fight someone more accomplished but I really can't fault the fact that he's stepping in the ring so soon. Obviously Taylor wants no part of him. I really have no desire to see him fight **** boring folks like Wright or Hopkins so Abraham and maybe Calzonie down the road is something that I would like to see.

let me just clarify something for y,alll over theyer in yanksville.
pavlik is **** but, is more worthy as champion than that ****in idiot taylor.

i did fancy pavlik to beat taylor by knockout as taylor is a defensive fighter(only skill he has....had) with no plan to fight and once pavlik got through we all new it was a matter of how long taylor could take the punches.
yknow.....i think were gonna see something similar in the hatton vs floyd gayweather bout.
yeah thas ight dawg! ricky will keep moving forward and floyd is quick but not quick enough on his feet.
my prediction for the fight is that it will start with ricky piling straight in and floyd tryin to move and pick him off, but ricky will just keep plugging away while floyd thinks its going his way he will relax a little and make mistakes at which point, sometime during 7th to 9th ricky will smash through and finish him with only one attack to finish the fight by ko.
one last thing i think that mosley,williams,cintron and possibly junior witter could all beat gayweather too!
