Slow down off the pedal, Dios. You're running around like a rat in a drain pipe and not making any sense. Maybe you ought to call it a day. You don't always have to have the last word.Comment

Yeah, I was teasing a bit.. Helps the post count and all..Eric,
Addy thinks that Mayweather sucks on the inside, when he actually doesn't. mayweather is a skillful inside fighter - and Ricky has said as much. Hatton conceded that Floyd can fight inside, although Addy won't.
Mayweather has a very 'throwback' inside style. If you watch the Toney/Jirov fight, you will see a classic example of what Floyd does inside. Roll left, dig left to body, roll right, throw right uppercut. Square up, right to body followed by right up top.
In his past several fights, PBF was giving up 15 - 20 lbs. He wasn't gonna allow those guys to lean all over him. Gatti was in the 150s, and Baldo and Oscar are closer to 170.
But inside, Floyd is a quick-handed fighter throwing short stuff out of that shell. Ask Jesus Chavez. And you also saw it in the N'Dou fight.
But honestly; Floyd is both. He's brilliant on the inside at times, and completely **** asleep at others.
Mayweather CAN fight on the inside, but he doesn't like to be there and he's not the best possible Floyd Mayweather on the inside. He can score nice shots from anywhere - but Floyd starts losing up close virtually WHENEVER he gets trapped. When you add up all the seconds and minutes Floyd Mayweather has been on the ropes losing and getting beat up on the inside you are going to have a much larger total than the time added up that he was winning and being effective on the inside.
Can Floyd win a fight that takes place almost exclusively on the inside?
Probably not.Comment
