Tszyu: "Everyone Can Be Beaten"

Kostya Tszyu, arguably one of the best boxers to lace up the gloves in the last 10 years, believes that those who are writing off Ricky Hatton when he faces Floyd Mayweather Jr. on December 8, may be in for a surprise. "I am really looking forward to the fight between Mayweather and Hatton. It is a very interesting match," said Tszyu who was quoted by Stuart Brennan, manchestereveningnews.co.uk. "I have double feelings on who will win. I can see how Mayweather can win and I can see how Hatton can win. "The reason why is that I never felt that Ricky could beat me, but it happened. Everyone can be beaten. That is life." In regards to Floyd Mayweather Jr joining the tv show, "Dancing with the Stars," Tszyu who has been part of the Russian version of the reality show, feels it could work against Mayweather Jr. "I can see Floyd losing his focus on boxing," says Tszyu. "Having appeared on Dancing With The Stars myself, I know how much work is involved. It is a full time job to prepare. To get ready for a fight with Ricky and concentrate on Dancing' will be hard."

I'll assume however that he sees what alot of other people see.

As far as I'm aware Kostya never tried to minimize Hatton's victory over him. He must believe that Hatton is a truly GREAT fighter and not just a mugger. If he can objectively favor Hatton for the win and say he's 50-50 that's BIG.

I agree. It's interesting to look back and see Roger making the same sorts of statements. Like deja vu all over again. This "class" talk only applies when it applies. Like Bernard Hopkins said; styles make fights but not always.

Never always anything.

The style makes the fight this time. Just as it did with Tszyu.

Roger is a little slow on the uptake..
