"Pacquiao continues to be a big draw no matter where he fights. Arum said the Barrera fight did a live gate of $3 million and registered about 350,000 pay-per-view buys (including 3,800 in San Antonio)."

The trilogy with Morales also averaged 300,000+ buys.

    Barrera vs Marquez did 225,000

Arum CONSISTENTLY lies about his PPV nums. I do not believe this number. It is particularly shady that it is released to a small-market newspaper.

I will try to get an HBO release or a cable industry number.

              That fight ******.
Pacquiao shouldn't box. He should brawl.

Yeah we lost a lot of fans to MMA that night. (Probably the same MMA fans we gained at the Pavlik-Taylor fight)
