Also, you have to remember that Pac/Barrera 1 was fought in San A so it would make sense for Arum to release that info to them.
Actually, I haven't "only" been to sanAntonio.

My dog trained at the Triple Crown Kennels outside of Austin. I recruited at UT business school, A good friend lived in West U in Houston. I've been to harlingen, all over the hill country, etc. I had an engagement in Lubbock.

With all that said, San anton is still a relatively small media market. I would bet that the LA Times has 3x the circulation of the SAX.

It's ashame, the fight that isn't as exciting as every other fight he's been in, does the most. They advertised it well, I heard the commercials on hip hop stations and MTV. If only they did that for the Pac-Morales 3rd fight. You'd have so many new boxing fans. This was the kind of fight that doesn't really draw new fans, such as Mayweather-Oscar. Hyped to hell, could have been good, but no.

Sounds about right on my end of the spectrum. Pacquiao is a huge draw so I'm sure more than half of the people who ordered it ordered it to see him fight. I'd say 30% of the sales were probably Barrera fans who knew it was their last chance to support him and see him fight live.

I'd say that a great majority of those who bought it were expecting a war and ended up disappointed with both parties fight plans.

What? I wasn't even being an ass that time!

Seriously, Barrera oculd've made it a bit more competitive and Pacquiao could've done a better job at landing power shots. That's a critique of both guys, not just one.
