Juan Diaz is going to look like a power puncher if the fight pulls through. Diaz is too big and strong, and Pac will not be able to take Diaz's punches too good.
Manny is also really easy to hit.

It took Pac just 5 punches to KO Randy Suico (amateur fight), it took Juan 500 punches to KO Suico.

I'm not taking away anything from Juan, he's got all the heart in the world. But his punches are far from powerful, definitely not in the mold of Pacquiao's.

uhhh nope, what about cottos unbeaten brother diaz beat, or freitas who was also throwin power shots? diaz will trade or box and hell keep on coming put on the presure plus just look at his size makes pac look like a ragdoll.

as stated before, juan fights better whe he consistently turns his opponents and beats them to the punch while utilizing his jab....

where do you get that from? has Diaz ever faced and done badly against someone who fights in unorthodox spurts? no, so I dont get how people are saying thats his weakness as of yet. it might be, but so far, it doesnt look like it. in fact, from what Ive seen, if an opponent doesnt throw combinations at him and its just a single shot, he pops back automatically back with a ton of punches while theyre off balance.
the only major 'spurt' fighter hes faced was Freitas, and he passed that test well.

i think Diaz would lose to Pacquiao at this point and time, but hes improving constantly...in a few months, he may have the ability to beat him, who knows?
