he was at 112 when he was 21.
how many guys who was champ at 112 ended up being champ at 135 let alone 140 or 147 no matter how young they started?

pacquiao didn't even want the cotto fight. he wanted floyd.
they had to convince of him of taking the cotto fight since floyd signed to fight marquez.
