pdl i have my doubts but im confident about him winning against arce. solid chin plus great boxer counter puncher just like mijares. chances aint bad.

that's why it was an upset. JT was winning in my card before kelly KO'd him.

Anyway, again, everyone can say what they want but know damn well that Gonzalez was boxing very well and controlling the rounds. Great shot by Peņalosa, but he was losing without a doubt.
That because u repeatedly saying that Jhonny schooled Gerry. I cant understand your thought. when mexican beat by pinoy boxer you say lucky punch, mexican boxer past his prime etc. If the fighter lost they lost period no matter how they won. What can u say Mayol and your Solis, Does your anlysis the same that solis won via lucky punch. Even Solis is losing that fight after connecting the big one. If the fighter throw it they mean it... or you so biassed .

Okay, you're the third person that's now assuming that I'm downplaying Peņalosa's win. Have you been reading MY posts or everyone else's and assuming that I feel the same way?

I've never said that Peņalosa's shot was lucky...in fact, I've praised it numerous times! I've said time-and-time again that it was a perfectly-placed textbook body shot and given props to Gerry for landing it. What I'm trying to get out of people is to admit that Jhonny was boxing well and controlling the rounds. Again, I've NEVER said that Jhonny was "schooling" Peņalosa!!! Make sure you know what you're talking about before making assumptions about me. I DON'T make excuses for Mexicans losing to Filipinos, Puerto Ricans, Blacks or anybody else! If they lose, they lose! That's what rematches are for if they want another shot at redemption.

A punch is never lucky in my eyes...if you throw it (even if you're eyes are closed) you were intending on it landing and causing damage. That's just the way it is.
