Klitschko vs Lewis...What would've happened if there was a 7th Round

Lennox Lewis caught a lucky ****in break IMO, Vitali was on mission in this fight and there is no doubt in my mind that he would've KO'd Lewis in the 7th round.

In the 6th round Lewis caught Vitali with those vicious uppercuts and the Iron Chinned Vitali took them like they were nothing. Vitali came back and pretty much dominated the rest of the round and Lewis was ready to go. Vitali was also leading 58-56 on all the cards.

Vitali was fighting with that disfigured eye for 4 rounds and it wasn't effecting him, the doctor should have given Vitali 1 more round because that's all he needed to put Lewis away.

In the post fight near brawl you can see that Vitali is still angry, determined and motivated, while Lewis looks half dead and scared about what would've happened if there was a 7th round.

Vitali was too tough, determined and he had too much heart to let Lewis take him in the 7th. There was no way Lewis was gonna KO the Iron chinned Vitali in the 7th. With the 1 minute rest, Vitali would have gone for broke and caught Lewis with another right hand ending the fight and tarnishing Lewis' legacy.

    Vitali>Lewis

I wouldn't say Vitali>Lennox by any means, nor do I think he would've won that fight, but it certainly could've been a possibility. I've said it before and I'll say it again, few fighters have ever shown more heart than Vitali Klitschko did the night he faced Lennox Lewis.

If there were a 7th round Vitali would be blind right now and would have suffered a legit KO loss.....Lennox was coming on strong and would have finished him.

Vitali would've needed reconstructive sugery on his face if he was allowed to continue.

If you believe the tape.. and the scorecards, the fight was starting to shift in Lennox's favor. So, he would have been beaten badly, or stopped for real. I'd think anyway, since the cuts were aweful and he SEEMED to be slowing down. (Whether it was from the cuts, is not important) By the way, where do you get your OPINIONS from? I know they're not facts. Anyone who watches the fight, unbiased, sees that Vitali was starting to slow down and the fight was shifting. Lucked out? Last I checked, a TKO is a TKO. Damage done by Lewis. He didn't luck out, he won by stopping his opponent.

Another thing.. Other than this fight.. (which is questionable, because he didn't have the chance to show heart) where's your proof he has a heart, in that regard? In his only other physical test, he quit against Byrd. With the same injury that Jeff Lacy fought through, in order to fight 'til the end. He even beat (controvercially, or not) the fighter he was against. (Ironically against a guy with a name very similar to Vitali Klitschko.) I've never given Vitali **** for quitting in that fight. But he did quit.

Watch the tape of Lennox going to his corner. He couldn't walk!!! Lennox was done, he couldn't fight the seventh and he certainly couldn't have done anything to make the cut worse. Lennox either would have failed to answer the bell or he would have been out in the first fifteen seconds.

But the cut was bad at that point so all is fair

Lennox was going to knock Vitali's eyeball out of its socket if the fight was going to continue.

You can't KO or knockdown Viatli, it just dosen't happen. Vitali was willing to go blind too KO Lewis, now that's ****in Heart.

Lewis was not coming on strong, he was dead tired and he was ready to be taken, Foreman even thought Viatli would've KO'd Lewis in the 7th

He was very tired no doubt but Vitali was more so......and Lennox would have answered the bell...I'd bet my left nut on it.
