I think you're right, and I absolutely agree with you. While John David Jackson was Mosley's trainer, I remember the basics ( boxing, combinations, etc) being the points of emphasis during the estrada cruz fights.Even the commentators during the Estrada fight said that mosley was letting estrada off the hook.

Also, during the Berto-Estrada fight (according to Jim Lampley) Estrada was quoted as saying that mosley's left hook to the body was the single hardest punch he's ever felt.

Ok and? Who has Estrada faced that was a legit champ?? I would really love to know. So what. Mosley is the best fighter he has every fought!

Understand something. Continiously digging shots into the kidneys and vulnerable parts of the torso has NOTHING to do with power. Cotto has to hit guys hundreds of times in the same spot to accrue damage.

When was the last time Cotto knocked out an opponent CLEAN with a head shot or ONE body shot???

No it isn't a bad recall. Especially if you take into consideration, that Estrada fought Kermit Cintron, who is considered one of, if not the biggest puncher in 147 lb weight class.

Dropped Quintana with a single body blow. (Yea im bringing this one up, cause yea Cotto was aiming to the body, but you have to mix it up to hit the right spot.)

Knocked down Paulie with a single left hand.

Knocked down Ricardo Torres once with a left hook ( first round, off balance or not it was legit)
Knocked him down again with a right hand and left hook to the body and then would KO him later.

Im comparing this to the last 6 fights.

Shane Mosley Knocked out a Vargas who was brutally almost murdered by DLH and Trinidad.
