Why won't Pacquiao move to Welterweight?

pac should have the rematch against jmm first and then move to lightweight if he wins.
on the lightweight division he would have a really hard time xD....and on welter he has nothing to do there, too much difference on size and his power wouldnt be something to be afraid there.

btw i would love to see pac - juan diaz or against casamayor....those fights should be awesome =P

I wish Pac would stop talking about Juan Diaz and rematch Marquez. I think he's making it obvious he has no intention of a rematch against Marquez. He was lucky to get the draw, because even though I agreed with it Marquez did dominate him for 9 rounds.

Yeah but the limit for Welterweight is 147lbs. Couple that with the various rumors that Pacquiao is having difficulty maintaining his weight and I can't see a reason why he shouldn't move to WW if those rumors are true. Unless of course he wants to stay at the lower weights and wait for Marquez to retire before he challenges him for a rematch.

Or fight the highly overrated hypejob Guzman.

The only serious opponets for Pac in his division are Katsidis and Marquez. And he's made it clear he'd rather fight Juan Diaz than rematch Marquez.
