If a fighter after being KOd twice by the p4p king

shakes of the psychological effect and stigma of the KOs, goes up in weight and beats a champ in that division, can you honestly say that he was shot?

If one was shot before being KOd twice, eventually fought a champ in a lighter category he would still lose, especially with the two KOs destroying his confidence.

But if after getting KOd twice he fought at a HIGHER category and beat a champ there, hell he cannot in good conscience be called shot. No frigging way.

    Agree?

Out of his first 48 fights he won 47 of them.

Over the last 6 fights, he's lost 5 of them.......what does this evidence suggest?

And with two of the losses coming against guys he would have had no problem in beating in the past.

Not only that but he moved up to fight Diaz and he still looked like a starving old man at weigh in. He fought way past the time where he should have retired. I liked him more then Barrera and it was more painful to see him at the scales then to see him lose.

Raheem's style would always have given any version of Morales fits. Add to that the fact that Morales' confidence took a downswing with the first Pacquiao fight.

Fighting the p4p king 3X is different from fighting guys like Espadas or Jamili, or even Chi. Morales will always lose with the first kind of fighter, and always win with the second-tier fighters. Hence your 27 of 28 wins then sudden consecutive losses.

Look, if Morales had fought the p4p king EARLIER, he wouldnt have a HOF career as we speak.

Well first of all ,Pac is not the p4p king, mayweather is.And second David Diaz is a light hitting, curde fighter with no defense or boxing thecnique. He is by far the worst champ in the light weight division. And he still beat morales add that to Morales losing his last 5 out of 6 fights and that confirms that he is shot.Oh yhea and Morales does have a h.o.f career.
