Floyd has never fought outside of his hometown, he doesn't even know how a hostile crowd feels like, what kind of boxer should be in the HOF if they never had such feelings. Floyd's mental toughness is untested.
You guys are arguing with a guy who knows nothing about the sport.

ENERGY can't see past his jealousy of Mayweather.

Gatti should not be in the hall of fame.. regardless of how much I like the guy even I admit that.

      Mayweather should.

Now as to wether he should be in the greatest of all time.. NO, at least not yet.

You just said Gatti's in HOF because of heart

And are you aware of what Floyd accomplished in his career. Just cuz he makes it look easy doesn't take away from it.

You must have just started watching boxing two months ago to suggest that DLH/Mayweather wasn't a hostile crowd..

mayweahter could be in my eyes be considered in the HOF due to his lifestyle/background/undefeated and overall a great story, but not a G.O.A.T.

He shouldn't be in the HOF if he doesn't clear any potential threats out there. Mayweather is overrated to you so called "dedicated fans".
You must not have seen how he cleaned out 130... that formula worked for Roberto Duran to get into the HOF. Duran won titles from 140 and up, but never looked as great as he did at 135. Mayweather looked exceptional at 135 and 140, and he still looks pretty damn good at 147 and 154.

Also, I wasn't aware that 154 was Floyd's comfort zone.

Let this thread die, after what he said about hostile territory I realized he knows nothing about boxing.

I don't believe he's the best ever, but he is a HOF. He wouldn't beat prime Duran, or Leonard, or Hearns. Best today though.

Have you ever been to any sporting events? Floyd is still in his hometown even though the crowd is against him. If Floyd were to travel in UK, I'm sure as hell he would lose to Hatton by KO. Why is Floyd fighting in the US when he can get much better ticket sales in UK. Because he's seen the kind of psychological pressure a crowd from another part of the world can put on you. You know nothing about boxing...
