Dustin it remains to be seen if Ricky's power can carry at the higher weights (Welterweight especially) .. sure he beat Collazo .. but damage wise Luis won in that department .. and to think Hatton landed & threw more punches .. and even got a KD in the 1st round.

sure he can drop an old JLC .. but Hatton landed plenty of body shots vs Collazo (Welterweight) and they didn't do ****

sure its 7 pounds .. but on average the Welter's are bigger and stronger (see Miguel Cotto, Cintron, Margarito)

sure Floyd isn't as big as the above .. but PBF fits into 147 a hell of a lot better then Hatton does.

and Hatton at 5'6 sure he maybe bigger like Wiley says (its a true statement .. Floyd is taller .. but Hatton is the BIGGER man).. but at 5'6 won't cut it at Welter.

I see Floyd's attributes. I believe I adequately described them in my original post. But, I also see that the man is human and he has flaws as a boxer. Hatton has a good chance of exposing Floyd. Mj i always appreciate ur posts.... and we all know that the best fighters in the world come to fight in america ... if they all went to fight in britan than britan would be the world stage..... hatton just recently stepped up to a world level... by coming to america..... now im sure he won against some good fighters in britan but after the 5th win...the rest of the guys in britan are bums.... so after his 5th win the rest of the guys were bums.... except for tzou....lol.....

I agree with everything here... I just think that a body shot from Hatton could do it. It it is right on the button, it doesn't have to have a ton of power. That's what everyone says. Considering he broke Castillo's ribs with that body shot (which I doubt has a ton to do with how shot he was), I think he could certainly hurt Floyd badly with a body shot.
