If Floyd Finishes Hatton and does it impressively......

Genaro Hernandez, Diego Corrales, Jesus Chavez, Jose Luis Castillo, Zab Judah, Oscar De La Hoya.
Now, alternatively, who has Ricky Hatton fought that is any good?
Kostya Tszyu... and since I'm feeling extremely generous, Jose Luis Castillo. Did I miss anyone?Comment

LMFAO you must be desperate, let me remind you just how "good" zab judah is

So what you are saying is... if you get knocked out once, it is over for you. Especially if it is a one-punch knockout, instead of a demoralizing accumulation of punches.
Wladimir Klitschko seems to dispute your logic.
I think Lennox Lewis might have gotten knocked out a couple of times too.
Listen... Judah still has a lot left. He did well against Baldomir before he gave up on life. He did well against Cotto before he gave up.
His only other losses are against Mayweather, who he did quite well against in the opening stages, Spinks, who he came back and knocked out, and Tszyu, after a one-punch knockout. It's not like he got completely outclassed by any of them.
By even so... **** on Judah's name... what is retort to the other 5 fighters I listed... and how many does Ricky Hatton have that can match up to them?Comment

Forget Hatton for a moment.
Who has Floyd fought who hasn't been over the hill or **** since 2002.
Pretty much since moving up the weights.
De La Hoya : Over the hill and far away..
Baldomir :Got lucky that he meet the lazy Judah to win the title.
Zab Judah :Probably the best of his recent Opposition
Sharmba Mitchell :destroyed 3 rounds quicker by Kostya the year earlier
Arturo Gatti: Shot to pieces
Henry Bruseles: Who?
Demarcus Corley:Sparked By Cotto & Witter
Philip N'dou: Who?
One thing for sure that is P4P one of the ****test roll call of challengers of any World Champ.
Considering there are Plenty of other fighters at Light-welter Welter & LMiddle who are much better.Comment

Anyways, whatever, Floyd went for all The Ring belts.
Word on the street is that he was going to try to fight Tszyu after he got his PPV name known with the Gatti fight, but Tszyu lost. And apparantly Ricky didn't want Floyd in 2005.
He got The Ring belt in 147, beating both the former champion Judah, and the "fluke" champion Baldomir. No arguments about that.
The Ring belt is vacant at 154... so he fought for a sanctioning body belt at 154, and got the most money out of it.
Any questions?Comment

De La Hoya, who is proven.
N'dou
Sosa
Those 2 dudes were prospects, who never turned out. So in addition to being a master boxer, Floyd has to be Miss Cleo too?
Also... remember that there are things called eliminators. Floyd fought both Corley and Bruseles in WBC eliminators so he could fight either Kostya Tszyu (who was stripped), but then Arturo Gatti won it... so because of that, he was able to fight Gatti in a stellar PPV debut.
Mitchell was an eliminator, so he could fight Judah for The Ring belts.
Well that accounts for every fight... because all of them are either title fights or eliminators for title fights.
So... yeah. That's his resume after 130.Comment

Junior Witter fought zab Judah, Demarcus corley and Vivian harris. That isn't the very top level, but that is pretty good stuff.
I must question your statement about Hatton's record. Thomas Damgaard was 37-0, Gianluca branco was 32-0-1, mario Veit was 45-1.
My point is that when an american or mexican has a great record, it typically means something. When a euro fighter has a great record, there may still be a massive question mark there.
We won't know what Hatton is until he faces a prime, elite fighter. He does that for the first time on Dec 8th. He can win and prove himself, or he can lose and become just another overrated Euro fighter with a padded record.
You're correct about Damgaard, Branco, and Veit, and there are more of that Calibre of fighter who you could put in that 'bracket' but you cannot doubt the calibre of many of Hatton's opponents which brings me back to my original opinion... You don't go 43-0 unless you are a very good fighter... I perhaps should have named a few of Hatton's opponents to back up that opinion, but do i have to?Comment

what's sad and ironic is that he is dogging Zab, but most of Hatton's wins except for 1 possibly are below Zab's skill level. and you are being generous for giving him Castillo, your being generous giving him Zoo to be honestSo what you are saying is... if you get knocked out once, it is over for you.
