N'dou, Mitchell, Judah, Gatti....I mean "where's the beef?"

The first Jose Luis Castillo fight was probably Floyd's best test thus far. Oscar gave him a run for his money, but Oscar hasn't been at his best for a long time. Since Hopkin's bodyshot to be exact.

But the question as to whether or not Mayweather has fought a true p4p is a good one. People are saying Corrales? Dios may have a list with his name on it, but I don't think chico was ever an upper tier p4p.

In fact, IMO Chico hardly even fought at all in his fight with Floyd. Something was wrong with him that night.
the only thing wrong with chico that night was floyd by the way you don't determine who a true p4per is that is done by consensus and the consensus was that chico was ranked higher p4p and was favored to beat floyud at 130.

Surely, Floyd was a big problem for Chico that night. But, IMO something else was wrong with Chico, too.

I believe on one list that I saw Chico was #5 p4p. I just disagree with that. I'm not sure how the thread assumed we'd quantify "p4p".

John Ruiz was also a champion of one of the multitude of belts out there now days.

              Wow.

Whats with all the disrespect to Chico's status on the p4p list at the time him and Floyd fought? He was the man back then, and me and my brother actually thought he was going to punish Floyd that night.

That's actually the exact moment when I gave Floyd his due props. Whats with you people?

Oh...don't get me wrong. I enjoyed watching Chico fight. I'm referring to an opinion of "p4p". That's a little different IMO.

They Hate Floyd so much that they will do anything to discredit anything that Floyd has ever done. Even to go as far as to disrespect other fighters. Which is happening a lot in this thread. That is why I hardly post on these boards these days the pure idiocy of people here bothers me.

Not hating Floyd. I'm just trying to think of a top ranked p4p that he fought. Who do you have?

Diego Corrales was in ring's top 5 when they fought, right?

How did we get to 5 pages then?
