I said it before, I said it after and I will say it again. Castillo was shot.

I saw pain.
Maybe it was the broken ribs. Hatton said liver, right? What did JLC say about it?
****, Hatton-Castillo would have been one for the ages if JLC was just a little bit younger, and if he did not go through his fight with Corrales. Man that fight aged them both, its unbelievable.Comment

If you think
Hatton:Castillo=Mayweather:Gatti
you need to watch some vintage Castillo or get a new pair of glasses.Comment

You serious? It was a pretty common sentiment from the day the fight was signed that Castillo could potentially be totally shot and outclassed at this point in his career against Hatton based on how poor he had looked in recent fights. HBO was only reporting what people were thinking, not creating the thought.Comment

Here's a couple quotes from Hatton/Castillo after the fight:
"He got me good," Castillo said before exiting quickly from the ring. "He got me with a perfect shot. I couldn't breath, I couldn't get up."
"Head first," Hatton said. "Then left hook, left hook and that's what finished him."
"I really worked hard on this performance," Hatton said. "I felt very strong inside.
"In the first round, I thought we were good buddies. In my heart, after the first round, I felt he wasn't going to last long."Comment
