And that's all that Floyd wanted to do.... get under rick's skin.
You're making it seem like floyd had a grand master plan all along to make hatton talks **** back. I'm sorry, I'm a floyd fan but even I don't think that highly of him. Fact is he came to manchaster where the crowd did their typical soccer chants and hatton got hyper off of that being at home and started talking smack back. Talking **** works two ways

As long as ricky doesn't punch floyd his temper seems fine to me

For people that watch a man's combat sport such as boxing, some of you guys are pretty damn sensative, like little girls.

I haven't moaned about ****, all the threads all I say is, it doesn't matter come dec. 8th because Floyd is gonna tear him up, whether you like him or not it won't change the outcome of the fight.

one doesnt have to disrespect past fighters to promote their fight, much less to promote yourself as the best. you're way too blinded if you think this is not so. that's the diff w/ ali. he may have disrespected frazier, foreman, etc but only because they were his contemporaries, he knew that they brought to the table against him. but he wouldn't disrespect SRR or Joe Louis or any past great.

During the very first presser, Floyd kept telling ricky to "say something, say something".

"Grand master plan"? where'd you get that? Floyd is no genius or master manipulator. Far from it. But he was persistent, and over time, you just get tired of it.

PBF was under hatton's skin, and you can tell from ricky's incessant complaints to the media that Floyd did not show him any respect.

He didn't disrespect them, he says he is the best of all time. Did you see the interview where he thanks them for what they did and how they paved the way for him and how they are legends in their own right? Although that is more than hyperbole he believes it and what is the problem with that? Disrespecting the greats would be saying "they all suck compared to me, they were trash I am the only great" but he didn't say any of that. Actually saying he disrespected them IS hyperbole. He said he believes he is the best of all time, nothing more nothing less.

I love how the Floydboyz protect their hero/lover everytime he does or says the most ridiculous stuff. When he talks crap they say oohhhhh please dont listen to him. He's just playing. He's just saying that... And ohhhh why do you let it get to you... its just words and **** like that. But when those who dislike his classless disrespect to boxing ass and speak on it, they get their panties in a bunch. Floydboyz crack me up.
