They stole that fight from Taylor,if thats not a robbery I dont know what is.
Who is they?
How do you go about calling it a robbery when Taylor was given two chances to give a response to Richard Steele? Had he said yes, or I'm okay. Ballgame. Not a robbery, just controversial, Taylor had an out to win the fight, which was to open his ****ing mouth and spit a word out. The blame falls on Taylor, not Steele.
I bet you have a ton of **** to say on this thread... I've heard that Augustus has been robbed more than anyone else in the sport, because he is good enough to stay in the game with the big boys (which consequently means he is good enough to beat them on their bad nights), but his name has such a negative attached to it, that he never gets wins over big names.

Well we have different opinions on it. I say robbery you say controversial, well its both to me. Bottom line,it was fuuuuucked up.
I don't know, I thought Barrera looked a lot sharper in a lot of the rounds, that coupled with a knockdown made it a big margin on my card, but I can't score fights for ****, so...
I think that Chavez/Taylor was the most controversial fight of all time, IMO. But the topic starter clearly stated robbers by way of decisions, meaning judges scorecards. So on that note, here are some standouts.
De La Hoya/Mosley II
De La Hoya/Trinidad
Leonard/Hagler (Hagler won that ****ing fight and to this day I'll tear out the eyes of anyone who thinks differently)
Quartey/Forrest
Although not as large scale on the robbery rating I'd say Winky wright got robbed against Taylor with the dumb "draw" decision. Everytime I watch that fight I get mad because you see Winky clearly blocking all of Taylor' shots.
