I don't think anyone is going to dispute the issue of thickness.

I say he takes a page outta Hopkins book and drops back to 140. Unifies and just remains until p4p1 opens up. Just like all the rest, Protect th 0 and eventually ur the man!

He's shorter... and he really might be the less muscular of the two. Remember, he has been rolling with 140 pounds of muscle for a long time (except for against Collazo), and Floyd had 148 pounds against ODLH. All that rehydration **** doesn't do much for the way of power.

That's flawed logic. Floyd started his career at 130 for god's sake. That doesn't mean he has more raw strength then Hatton. Not the least bit. Not even the slighest. Not even the teeniest.

              Get the point?

So did Oscar, you willing to bet that Hatton has more raw strength than Oscar?

                How about Roberto Duran?

They both started lower than Hatton, but I assume that they have (or had in the case of Duran) more raw strength than Hitman Hatton.

I am NOT saying Floyd is as strong as these dudes though.

My guess is that the power differential won't be super significant, with a slight power edge going one way or another, idk who to.

First of all Oscar is like 5'9'' and really, I mean REALLY starved himself when he was at the lower weights. Plus, he is extremely top heavy. I think on a physical sense, yes, Hatton is probably stronger. In terms of weight lifting and pure raw strength. I think DLH could probably manhandle him on the clinch...Hatton would manhandle him on the ropes though, if he got him there.

And me personally...I honestly dont think the weight matters. I'd rather them fight at 140, then Floyd would really be the LEGIT 140 champ. But whatever. Weight really bears nothing in this fight, IMO.

Soooo, people don't get stronger as they get bigger throughout their twenties?

People don't get stronger despite fighting and sparring with MW's for the past two years?

People don't get stronger despite staying lean and in-shape by training year-round?

Where did Oscar start his career? Where did Shane start his?

Oscar fights at 154 now, has went as high as 160. Shane started at 135 and fought as high as 154...has fought at 154 for years.

No point again. Just another spin job you're doing. Floyd fans... tsk.
