I could care less about your opinion. Floyd probably feels the same way.

Be a real champ. He can hold the fight in the middle and he can take a shot aswell..

As the thread says, He will have my respect If he stands his ground win or lose..Thats how I see it..You disagree then thats down to you we all have our dif takes on the guy.
Not "time and time again". Once.

Maaaaybe twice. But I don't remember him saying that about Baldo.

YEAH RIGHT!! Thats what heard before the de la hoya fight. Now they are going to have 24/7 on hbo to hype it up even more. i think mayweather will win but don't expect to be castillo vs. corrales1.

Anyways, he usually does go toe-to-toe, he has just happened to be up against a guy who outweighs him by 20, and the unbreakable chin in his past 2 bouts. Standing toe-to-toe with them is all risk, no reward (literally no reward with Baldomir).

I think he will be going toe-to-toe by the 6th round against Hatton though.
I don't mean to be picking on you tonight, DWiens, but I totally disagree with the statement that "he usually goes toe to toe." lol That's just a complete laugh. Whether its backwards or side to side, Mayweather's always on his bike. They should enter him in the Tour de France.

No dice slim thug, download the fight in my sig, and tell me that he doesn't go toe-to-toe. He went toe-to-toe with everyone at 140 that he fought, and with Mitchell, and started to do so with Zab when he wore down in the later rounds. He actually went a step farther than going toe-to-toe with Zab in the later rounds, he actually had to sort of chase Zab, because Zab was backing up, without throwing a lot of punches, which in my mind is what running is in boxing terms.

He was on his bike against Baldomir and De La Hoya, which he frequently got off to throw a few punches.

Mayweather does indeed personify DEFENSIVE. He will stand in the pocket if he is confident in his ability to handle his opponents offensive capabilities, but at the first sign of true aggression, Floyd goes into full defensive pot-shot mode and has no problem remaining there until his opponent calms down!

You see, thats the weakness that will cost Mayweather this fight. He will invariably play it safe, waiting for Hatton to calm down as Oscar did, the problem is, Hatton wont calm down. He will keep coming and coming and coming.

Floyd could very well lose this one on points as inconceivable as that may be to his fans. Hopkins made the same mistake against Taylor (Twice).

Floyd WILL BE FORCED TO FIGHT in this match up, something he hasn't been forced to do since Castillo.
