i just hope that hatton doesn't think that pressure is the only way to beat floyd. i think having a plan B and mixing up your attack against mayweather is what will help to gain a victory, if possible.

mayweather expects everyone to pressure him, that is what every fighter has tried to do against floyd is pressure him, i think that although that might work it's what mayweather has prepared for. i don't think that it would be a bad idea to try and get mayweather out of his comfort zone and instead of pursuing him and pressuring mayweather one should try and get mayweather to come forward and work off a jab. mayweather is a counter puncher extraordinaire, why play into mayweather's strengths by applying constant pressure so he can back pedal and counter all fight long. when floyd opponent is tired or hurt is when floyd will come forward not when his opponents is full of vigor.

i honestly think that trying to get mayweather to come forward is a good option, something that floyd hasn't done in his fights in a long time, floyd has not be an aggressor in his fights for a long time, he doesn't fight like that and he doesn't come at anyone, he lets them make the move and then makes them fight his fight.

i personally don't think that pressure alone is the key in making it a tough fight for mayweather, i think taking floyd out of his normal game by backing up and making him come forward might be a good tactic and i do think that making floyd come forward has to be done in conjunction with applying pressure. a little of both, make floyd think or second guess what is going on, instead of knowing that all hatton is going to do is come forward as mayweather expects and trains for.

out of 32 fights that i have of floyds recorded, there are only a few TIMES where floyd pressed forward from the opening bell, and only a few times when he came forward working off his jab and applying pressure when his opponent WASN'T hurt, only out gunned or out skilled. i haven't seen floyd come forward against his tougher opponents, only when he felt safe that he had them beat, hurt, or worn out, and even then he doesn't come forward.

so why do something that hasn't really been all that effective? coming forward................. will it work? maybe? i think that mayweather is training for hatton to apply pressure, i think that hatton is going to be playing floyds game by coming forward. i think that if hatton were to back pedal and make floyd come forward it would make it a boring fight because floyd doesn't come forward, but i think it might be a good move because it would make floyd look like he doesn't want to fight, and although it might look like hatton doesn't want to fight the strategy is there and hatton can mix up his attack for when he does want to come forward.

all in all, i think hatton applying constant pressure is playing into floyds game and makes the fight easier and for floyd because this is what he has been anticipating ever since the fight has been signed.......... i say mix it up and make floyd think for a change..................

No his Skills are not those of Floyd Mayweather.. But his hand and foot speed are well above average.. You all need to educate yourselves before shooting your mouths off..

It could not be said any better.

OK...Cool...consider this dispute resolved amicably. Cheers.

Do you do it in a boxing ring? Or are you one of those youtube "fighters"?

There's a world of difference between being fit and being fighting fit.

I want to see how Hatton will respond if Floyd frustates him by making him miss. I also want to see how Floyd will respond with Hatton's pressure. Come Dec. 3 somebody will lose their cool and just go the **** off.
Mayweather CANNOT frustrate Hatton by making him miss.

Hatton has a healthy healthy respect for Mayweather's ability.

                  Hatton is anticipating missing... ALOT.

He's going to keep coming regardless.
