            And at this point in their careers, Oscar's handspeed is not much better than Hatton's if at all...except Hatton throws more punches.

                    An elite level fighter who had the misfortune of fighting the best fighter of his era and coming up short.

                      It is unusual to see a fighter be dominated and knocked out....and retain the same position on the P4P list. Hatton must be highly regarded.

                      By contrast, Winky lost a close decision to Bernard (well above his best weights) and disappeared from the list.
