Eh, no. Mayweather simply does not hit hard enough to make this a reasonable assumption. Oscar was worried more with Floyd's speed than power. Oscar is a little less prone to going through hell to win though, compared to Ricky. Ricky is a nastier dude than Oscar.

And at this point in their careers, Oscar's handspeed is not much better than Hatton's if at all...except Hatton throws more punches.

It is unusual to see a fighter be dominated and knocked out....and retain the same position on the P4P list. Hatton must be highly regarded.

By contrast, Winky lost a close decision to Bernard (well above his best weights) and disappeared from the list.
