That might be the lamest routine I've ever witnessed.

At least with Wlad complaining after the Brewster fight.........there was overwhelming evidence to support a conspiracy theory.
So in Vivian's case all you have to do is just point at the opponent and claim he was on drugs or juicing? lol because I realize on this forum, we tend to just point the finger at fighters we suspect are using performance enhancers.............that happened with Mosley.

Then he took a lie detector test and cleared that rumor up. But I don't think it's credible to say the least when Harris just says: "Well he's never beaten a caliber of fighter like me.......he must have been on drugs".

In reality though it's pretty hilarious. I mean him just immediately crying foul play.

Personally I just don't know. 50% of the logic stems around the Klitschko camp being bitter after a loss. The other 50% surrounds the documented claims and circumstances. (The security breach in the dressing room, the odds fluxuation, the samples missing, Klitschko's sickness and the observations made by doctors after the fight).

My initial point was there is (are) some multiple claims that someone could use to make a conspiracy case in Klitschko's defense. I'm not taking sides here and I'm not turning this into another discussion about him being drugged......I'm just pointing out this is 1 guy (Harris) Just talking some trash after he got knocked out. He could tell that to the media all he wants.........but how damaging is it to Witter if he's passing his drug screens regularly? lol.

So I don't have a clue how civil court operates in the U.K.

All I know is this lawsuit wouldn't hold up here. The judge will simply rule that Harris is protected under the 1st ammendment. I don't see how Harris is being malicious...........and it's clear he's using the claim as a boast in defense of losing the fight.

Unless Witter can actually prove the damages..........I don't think the case holds any water. Who in their right mind actually believes Harris? lol.

The facts are simple. Harris has defamed Witter by insinuating that he used drugs. If the case ever goes to court, and I hope it doesn't, Harris will have to pay out.

It's called defamation of character you moron. Boxing is a business and one's image should not be publicly assassinated. Every athlete and entertainer protects their public image and character. Get a clue and know what it is you are talking about before you make ****** remarks like that.
