I agree, and I told everyone here Witter was going to win. But for him to actually act all emo and **** and try to get some money out of it makes me sick. He doesn't need to attempt to sue Harris. The facts are simple. Harris has defamed Witter by insinuating that he used drugs. If the case ever goes to court, and I hope it doesn't, Harris will have to pay out.

In the States.........the criteria for winning these types of cases is to show proof of some type of damage that stemmed from Harris claiming Witter was on something. I don't really see who's buying Harris' claims.
