u gotta love Mosley, cause when he says Im gonna slug he means it. Cotto better sharpen up and go back to showin the patience he's exhibited in the past. Although saying there is only two likely outcomes in this is a little close minded. Of course If the heavy handed Cotto can take the aging like wine Mosley into deep waters advantage Cotto. And an all out blitzkrieg probably favors Mosley but lots of things can influence this fight. Mosley and his team are smart. They are planning on jumping on Cotto early cause its a smart strategy and a safer one long term for Mosley. Im sure Cotto's camp are anticipating this and it will be interesting to see what Cotto does in return

I agree with freedom, Cotto is a slow starter so Mosley will jump on him early and see if he can hang. If it gets in to deeper waters I know Shane will still be in the fight but Cotto attacks the same way rounds 1-12 so it will be tough.

Right, he's gonna slug it out with the freight train...Mosley's not ******...he'll box and use selective aggressiveness, pick his spots, blah blah all the cliches, but he sure as hell wont come in looking like an amateur gunning for Cotto's head.

i think tho that Mosley's selective aggressiveness will be a lot like Zab's first couple of rounds at least in the sense that he will attempt to circle instead of move backwards and he will will have to see for himself what Cotto is made of if Cotto's body punching is all its cracked up to be.That said I think he will find out that Cotto's hand speed is faster than he thinks. Cotto's movement is much smarter than he thinks. Lots of people talk about Cotto getting "caught by Zab" but thats Zab's strength, lightning quick counterpuncher, South paw with enough power to seperate most Welterweights form their senses. This is quickly shaping up to be a great great fight.

In fact I think people forgot how aggressive Mosley can fight.

addi, collazo isn't miguel cotto. collazo is a slick boxer who can't hurt u unless u're ricky haten, cotto is one of the strongest fighters mentally i've seen in the last 10 years. cotto won't stop coming, he won't stop trying to win the fight no matter how bad shane is schooling him. cotto is dangerous, collazo is not. my only question about shane is i don't know how strong mentally he is, i think cotto's will is stronger than shane's, but shane's skillz are most definitley better

I hear what you're saying brother - but that is a little bit of a departure from my question.

I just wanted to know how you felt about Shane and the condition he was in his last outing - I.E. his speed, reflexes, ect.

I understand quite clearly that Collazo isn't Cotto. This time next year we will plainly know what the difference is between those two..

But there are some good thoughts in this post. ^
