Shane Mosley Plans To Slug With Miguel Cotto

Mosley is strictly putting his belief that he is stronger and has taken punches harder, or at least just as hard, as anything Cotto can dish out. That is why he says he will slug it out. He truly believes he is stronger and Cotto isn't bringing anything to the ring he hasn't seen before and that his power shots will overwhelm Cotto, it remains to be seen if he is correct or not.

I think cotto will make shane retire in the later rounds. I dnt think he has the heart or hunger to take it from cotto for 12 long rounds. Also shane hits with big power in one punch and combos but later on his power will decrease as well as the snap, whereas cotto has duran type power and will hit the same hardness from round 1 to 12 and personally i dnt think shane wants it as much as cotto does.

Cotto does not have hands of stone, more like hands of 2 X 4's.

I think that Shane is gonna stop Cotto in the 8th. I'm a Cotto Fan, but the thing is that his skills can't match the ones of Shane. Cotto definitely wins in the power department, but he puts so much in his punches that he leaves himself open for counters. From what I've seen of Cotto in the past, he has problems against skilled boxers with mid power. If Judah had stamina, he would have stopped him but the problem with Judah is his conditioning and heart, as we've seen in the past.

Shane is always in fight shape, so stamina won't be an issue, and I give the edge to Shane in experience, speed, and skills.

i think mosley will slug, he can take a punch, he will def. mix it up a lil bit but if he hurts cotto he is gonna finish him and he sure has the power to do so

i love cotto but he does not have tua or even tython power. cotto is good puncher who breaks his opponents down gradually over several rounds by pounding the same places on the body, he's not a one punch knockout artist like the way haten ****ed up castillo. anyway, a young shane knocks cotto the **** out, old shane, we'll see. if he can take the body attack, shane should still have enough left to pull this one out. and just to really piss everybody off, prime shane + prime pbf = floyd gets knocked the **** out

I think Mosley wins this fight, its incredible Oscar cant beat him, Mosley pops Oscars head. Only guys like Winky could soundly beat Shane.
