There's no way Cotto survives an all out exchange with Mosley. He leaves himself open everytime.

I see Mosley trying to box all night long, even running at times.

He's gonna get rid of Cotto quickly. Cotto gets hit coming in, and usually early in fights. Zab wasn't the first time; the difference here is Shane has the handspeed and power as well as the instinct to put a guy out. KO second round

I agree with Addy & others on this topic. Mosley is going to mix his attack up to keep Cotto off balance. We'll see him jab because there's a significant reach advantage for Mosley. Even though Cotto has good power the speed difference is going to be a major factor. Also Mosley is a damn good body puncher himself & we'll see how Cotto reacts to a vicious body attack on himself.

I think cotto will make shane retire in the later rounds. I dnt think he has the heart or hunger to take it from cotto for 12 long rounds. Also shane hits with big power in one punch and combos but later on his power will decrease as well as the snap, whereas cotto has duran type power and will hit the same hardness from round 1 to 12 and personally i dnt think shane wants it as much as cotto does.

I love both fighters... I believe Mosley when he says hes gonna slug...Mosley has never been a hit and run fighter like FM and has stood in there with some big hitters. What makes yall think he would not engage with Cotto? Mosely is a brave fighter and I don't think he has any fear of Cotto's power and probably can't wait to get in with the smaller man. Although I love Cotto and would like to see the younger fighter take it, I think this fight may not last the distance... Cotto withstood Judah's punches which surprised me given he has shown a questionable chin and Mosely hits harder than Judah. Cotto has heart though but cannot outbox Mosely nor out slug him. I think Cotto is better of fighting Mayweather who does not hit as hard.
