Not sure if you guys remember but Hector "Macho" Camacho was one of the fastest boxers in his era. He was clocked throwing more than 6 punches per second. That is why he is known as a dissappointment when he started using drugs and not taking training for fights or taking fights seriously.

Judah, definitely. He may be lacking in stamina these days but he's still the quickest puncher in the sport. Infact, that's what gave Mayweather trouble for the first 5 rounds of their fight, and that's why Judah was winning most of the early rounds. He just gets off so quick, and it's always from some kind of odd angle.

if were talkin about all history, there are a few guys that are actually quite a bit faster than Mayweather. Meldrick Taylor and Camcaho come to mind.
everyones alrady said it...Judah is one explosive guy. Ivan Calderon is speedy as hell, but considering his size, its not that surprising...
Calzaghe is very quick for 168. he doesnt exactly put a ton on his punches though, so Im sure that counts a little against him.

I have always said Mayweather's hand-speed is extremely over-rated.
His is only above average. He doesn't have the kind of hand-speed that makes you say WOW. He is not a Hector Camacho. He is not a Meldrick Taylor. He is not a Shane Mosley. He is not a Roy Jones Jr. He is not a James Toney. He is not a Zab Judah.
I think many people get confused about how Mayweather is fast. When people say Mayweather is fast, they are talking about his reflexes. He does have significantly above average reaction times.
Hand-speed, no. Reaction times, yes.
