Zab. He might not have the stamina and ring smarts of Floyd, but he was definitely faster and beating Floyd to the punch for the majority of the first half of the fight.

Jones was and at a much higher weight. Judah but not with all of his punches. Mosley in combinations. but there are some others

Roy jones had teh fastest hands and reflexes in boxing bar none. Mayweater has lightning fast reflexes and hands but their have been faster handed people. Judah, mosley, meldrick taylor to name a few. But putting everything together mayweather is more of a complete package than any of them except jones but im partial.

I would say Zab as well his speed is what caused Floyd so much problems early until skill reared it's ugly head. Mosley is as fast if not faster than Floyd is but I have to think he has lost a step or to due to his age. If you want to go into the lower weights I can name plenty faster than Floyd.

u muh***as is crazy other than jones i dont believe judah or mosley are faster. judah is a quick boxer but floyd overall is faster. u cats just dont like floyd so of course u gone say judah and mosley. man come the **** on.

I think Judah possesses a faster prowess than does Mayweather. Mayweather is the total overll package. (Mental strategy, stamina, speed, technique, etc.) However, I think if Judah stays disciplined, he'd be a forced to be reckoned with. He seems to be working on the stamina issue.
