They get the same blame as those white people. Ok but what about those white people who scores on the ACT and SAT are just as low but can get into schools because they're parents are rich and make large donations to the school? Such as our present president going to Princeton. You do know that everything the government does comes with a catch and its not for free. Those same businesses also only fill that quota by hiring black people for manual labor positions not positions with real salary growth and upward mobility. There are easy ways to get around those percentage requirements.
