Is boxing more lazy compared to MMA??

I've heard this from people who are into mma, they say boxing is more lazy cuz you can get away with just front blocking, and parrying the punches the entire bout cuz of the big gloves. In mma though, you can't do that cuz of th small gloves they got, so all you can do is fight and take the punches without any real defense, so in other words they think mma fighters are greater warriors than boxers are. What do you guys think?? personally I think it's true, even though I'm a fan of both sports.

Boxing is absolutely the most grueling training I personally experienced in terms of conditioning and tactical preparation in a fight sport. I respect MMA fighters and I can appreciate the different ranges of fighting they have to negotiate but point blank their depth of quality competitors is no where near as deep as boxing. It's not more lazy at all. Don't let a weak heavy weight division in boxing convince you that it's in any way 'lazy' or lazier than mma fighters.

i guess everyman who dies in that boxing ring is just so lazy that they actually succumb to low blood pressure.
