The only reason why Shane flew under the radar is because boxing lacks a national governing body, unlike the other sports. Giambi and company had to answer to Bud Selig. Paul Tagliabue followed up on the allegations. The IAAF was very diligent in trying to keep their sport clean. Boxing?? NO OVERSIGHT.
