i will say this POSITIVELY about B-HOP tho. no other fighter i can think of has more DISCIPLINE when it comes to training and conditioning and more so DIET when in training and when not even in training than B-HOP. the man is like a MACHINE! to be in the shape that he is for the last 25years consistenly.

Don't worry, when I lived there for more than half of my life I picked up Hopkins' slack on the cheese steaks, lol. It's amazing I didn't get fat.
