Of course he did. So what? I don't see how it's his fault, he fought pretty much everyone the division had to offer. And he beat them all. Just cause they weren't that good or past their prime. Doesn't make Rocky any less good. He is ATG because he has an undefeated record. If he had losses, I think people would not give much importance to him because of him losing to weak opposition. So you can't put down a fighter because he beat everyone in front of him and by chance his time happened to have washed up fighters.
