Mayweather at Welterweight is that.

Effective with BOTH hands. best defensive figher in the game, fast hands, great counterpuncher. He can BRAWL and he can BOX with the best of 'em. He's as pure a boxer as is in the game when he has to be... thats as complete as you can get in any era.

And FOrrest is a complete fighter now as well. Hes healed.

Who else... Kessler isnt far away. Semi-Tight defense, quick, good combinations, good power... he's good at everything, not bad at anything really...

Clottey's the same deal. Hes got a great D, very quick hands and above average power. Can counterpunch and throw combos. Fights off the ropes and in the center of the ring...

And i disagree with that last statement. At the top of the divisions there are mostly very good fighters, well trained and everything.

But in the olden days you could go down the ranks and at #30 would be a guy that could beat the guy rated #10 or something. You dont have that anymore cause not as many guys are in the gym

you obviously havent seen many of mayweathers fights, nor is that mayweathers style. he was owning guys at 130 up to 140. yeah mosley knocked a shot vargas out cold. mayweather could of that night too. there are alot of complete fighters. but complete fighters are not what the public wants, they want flaws so they get good fights.
