LOL. No but on skill level Katsidis doesn't have it. I guess they just like watching fighters with heart, and yes Katsidis has heart. But i think he is slightly over rated. Another boxer with heart is De La Hoya, and thats why everyone loves him.

He hasn't really shown much of that since 99/00 to be honest. He hardly showed heart and guts in his last fight.
When someone mentions heart, I think more along the lines of Morales, Chico, Tito and Gatti just to name a few not the Golden Boy.

Yes i spose, no i disagree. Watch the last round against Shane Mosley, Oscar goes in for everything. I like his fighting style. He lacks ring smarts though. big time. He stops using his jabs at random times.

Like I said, he hasn't shown real heart since 1999 - 2000 and that FIGHT was in 2000. And that's not the real reason why everyone likes DLH either, he was well liked before that fight.

nah just being a smart arse. But to be honest, De La Hoya, has had the chance to cement an all time great, if not extraodinary legacy. If he beat Mayweather where would he rank?

I'm not sure, but pretty ****ing high.

As I've said for a while now DLH fell short of greatness because he pondered in his biggest fights. He had the ability to beat all of those fighters, but spent his time wondering instead of throwing punches. It's a shame since I've followed him for a long time and bought all his fights.

Hes entertaining like gatti in some ways, except I think Michael is way more exciting then gatti. But the problem is!!! He gets hit way too much, and has a tough attitude about himself that could get him in trouble against elite boxers. He is one tough son of a *****. I'll be rooting for him, but I'll be picking the elites to beat him. I forget who Michael called out after his last win, but I know that boxer is an elite and Michaels an idiot for calling him out.

First off, nobody said anything about a future legend. He's a very exciting fighter and could have a potentially bright future but nobody said he'd be a legend, only time will prove that. Besides, whats not to like about a guy who comes out strong and finishes strong? I will be the first to agree that his defense needs improvement but let's say he perfects the jab and becomes a little more elusive, this kid could be un-****withable. Let's not forget he hits like a brick **** house too. As much as it sucks for Amonsot, Katsidis did end his career due to the punishment he dished out to Czar. That's why everyone is excited about this guy. There is potential in him and he's already displayed that he can brawl. Let the kid polish up before you denounce him.
