carlos baldomir and ricky hatton also blow up to about 180 so shane gets no credit for beating vargas. if shane hits so hard name some welterweights that he has knocked out

When was the last time Baldomir or Hatton got stopped?

So shane can knock out a guy who comes into the ring at supermiddle/lightheavy, but he doesnt have the power to knock out welterweights?

Mosley could have stopped the biggest name on cotto's record, which is judah, who came off 2 losses and a DQ.

I hate to say it but there is no way Mosely is as quick as Malignaggi, back in his day you couldn't find a faster boxer but shane isn't the same man he used to be and he knows it. Thats why he's looking to get the KO and try to get Cotto out of there early. If cotto can whether the storm in the early rounds he will pull off a late stoppage or win by UD.

Your missing the point, the point mosley has the power to knock out fighter at welterweight, even tho he hasnt done it,

Did cotto have the power to stop Urkal? Probably, did he do it? no.

Look at the fighters moesly has been in with, then look at cotto's resume, judah was coming off 2 losses, a one year suspension and a dq and thats his best win, and judah still hurt him several times in that fight

Mosley should be able to win this fight imo.

If anyone thought Oscar was robbed in the first fight, they're a ******. Shane completely dominated that fight.

Like what's already been posted I think this is a bad matchup for Cotto. Mosley might be what he used to be but what he has left is still able to beat Cotto. He's fast, great chin, punches hard, & can counter punch & that's the big one. The speed difference will be noticeable from the first round on like it was in the Collazo fight except Cotto will be there to get hit. Cotto has very little head movement & that's not good against a fighter like Mosley. He's only lost to bigger, longer boxers that could jab. I will say this again, this fight will be a fire fight & I just can't see Cotto beating Mosley in a shoot out.

We are talking about mosley in comparision to cotto, who has fought better fighters, mosley or cotto?

Cotto's best win is against a guy with a one year suspension, coming off 2 losses and a one round DQ.
