ONE REALLY GOOD thing i could see a TAYLOR fan hanging onto, is actually the KASSIM OUMA fight. hear me out.

Ouma was and is known as a guy who throws well over 100 punches every round. But agianst Taylor, Ouma hardly got off 30 punches a round.

Then you have Pavlik, who is also known for throwing maybe 80+ punches a round, all hard. But maybe, like Ouma, he wont be able to get them off as well.

IMO, Pavlik is PLENTY bigger and stronger, and has a longer jab then Ouma, and getting off 70, 80, or 90 shots a round isn't going to be as difficult as it was for Ouma

I hear you. I thought Taylor did fine against Ouma. Everyone wanted a knockout, but Ouma has some chin and took his beating.

And Pavlik will not throw nearly as many punches b/c Taylor is fast and has enough to make Pavlik pick his spots a little more than we saw in the two previous Pavlik fights.

Taylor will win this IMO, but Kelly is a good fighter.....

If Pavlik comes to fight I dont see Jermain being able to deal with the workload that Pavlik hopefully will place on him.Remeber Jermains counter punching style works well against other fighters with the same style (ie Winky,Bernard)I just dont see him being able to keep pace with upwards of 100 punches that Pavlik puts full commitment into.

This will be a very easy fight for tayl r. pavlik never fought a fighter on taylor's level. you will see jermaine's experince kick in as he breakdown pavlik round by round.speaking of pavilks chin, he was hurt in both of his last two fights, by looping shots that were not crisp and sharp, which is how taylor's punches are thrown.the reason winky gave taylor so much trouble is first of all he's a world champion, second he's a southpaw. that spells trouble for anyone ,southpaws are really hard to deal with. so you see taylor has seen almost everything in the ring by beating the best . Pavilk is a good kid and I like his heart and skill + power, but he's in way over his head.

pavliks power will be way too much for taylor, just like it has been for everyone else. The guy is a beast. he could move up and win every other belt i think. then keep moving up. watch the youtube video of the documentary. you will see his dad. same height but the dude is like 235 of all muscle. his genes have light heavyweight written all over them. look for him to be a force in many weight classes for some time. mark my words

Yeah and Taylor isn't exactly small either.

I agree. No way in hell is pavlick losing by ko. He fought one of the hardest hitters in his division and he didnt realy even rock pavlick. What makes u think taylor can.
