Probably until he starts getting some television time on American broadcasts.

Well, he needs to start scheduling different opponents if he wants that to happen...

        are you implying something specific?

cause last i knew, Abraham's last 6 opponents had a combined record of 168-9-2!! (I.E. the "he's fighting bums in Germany" excuse is out the window)

so if you mean someone of "commercial name" value, (pretty much Miranda or Ikeke maybe), then i guess thats the only problem... and it's not as if he's avoiding anyone...

HBO isn't going to put Abraham vs. Khoren Gevor on television, even though Gevor is a Top 15 middleweight.

If he wants American TV exposure, he'll fight a name better known to American fans - a Miranda rematch (unfinished business) on Boxing After Dark or a fight with the Taylor/Pavlik winner or Winky Wright OR against another rising middleweight that American fans aren't as familiar with because of lack of national TV. Maybe Abraham's folks should be targeting John Duddy...

How long is Abraham going to ignore coming to America where he would have to fight top notch opponents. In my eyes Miranda beat him already so the record really means nothing to me.

Top notch opponents? I bet u can only name 3 top notch opponents in the middleweight division. If you really were a boxing fan u would know boxers other than the ones you see on HBO and SHOWTIME. But like other ignorant people u choose not to.

I want to see him face the winner of pavlik/taylor, maybe he could fight miranda in october if he's still looking for an opponent.

the funny thing is tht most americans haven't seen the fight and are instead going by what they've seen in pictures and biased highlight videos. I'm not doubting that you've seen it btw. The fight was not a robbery at all, the rounds were difficult to score, similar to abraham/gevor last week.
