morales won this fight, i had him winning most of the ealy rounds clearly, and that should of been a ten eight in round 1 from all the judges what were they thinking, i think they should be reported! it was tht bad

they gave the fight to David Diaz for effective aggression which was clear Diaz was not effect by some of the punchs that Morales hit with but kept moving forward and punch and punching and moved Morales around

thats got nothing to do with the scoreing of the knockdown, true diaz came on late with agression, but theres no doubt who was landing the better shots especially in the first half of the fght, morales was clearly outboxing him, should of been 10-8 4 morales in the first round, i dont no how u can say otherwise.
          diaz got a hometown decision.

This is pretty accurate. Morales seemed OK with the decision, not flat out saying he agreed with it, but that he knew it'd be his last fight as the punches are starting to hurt more and more.

He was a class act and didn't take issue with anything until his hot-headed father grabbed the mic and started stirring up ****. His father complained about the fight, about the one judge scoring the way he did, about Diaz' illegal punches, and that he hoped the great Mexican-based WBC would strongly consider reversing the decision.

That's when Morales got emotional and changed his tune.

For what it's worth, I had it 114-113 from ringside, others having it a little more lopsided for Erik. I still have yet to meet anyone who scored it for Diaz. I have no problem with a draw and/or scoring the 1st round 10-9. Diaz is a classy guy and fought his heart out. But I didn't think he won the fight, and certainly didn't win 8 rounds like one judge had it.

** The best thing about Morales retiring is getting rid of all his ****** fans and his team who are always whining about every loss.

Morales just got mauled by a pitbull, blown up by a little stick of dynamite twice, almost 3x, outslicked and outmuscled by a whiny lightweight, and outpunched, outboxed, and outfoxed by a Mexican legend who always had his number. His last decent showing was against Hernandez in 04, and Morales currently is 1-5 over his last 6 bouts.

Next time he'll get beat up by a punching bag and his fans are gonna wet their pinkie panties they'll be crying so hard.

although i was afraid the last 3 rounds and Erik seemed really really tired, in my eyes Erik was the winner of that fight ...

You guys are too much. Yea...All 3 judges were on the take and favoring Diaz in his home town.

Diaz pushed Morales around the whole night...Landed almost the same % of punches...But threw 150 more. Who wins? Wake up.
