if dlh pbf had happened in texas or florida they could have surely sold 40,000+ tickets? or am i overstatin the popularity of boxin in america?

no youre right they couldve did that much, but the ******** and casinos have a lot to with big fights in Vegas and Atlantic City.

wouldnt be able to see anything if the arenas were bigger, whats the point of showing up.

To say you were there... at least they have the big screens nowadays.

People still pay lots and fill up centre court at wimbledon even though they would see the ball better on tv than high up in the stand.

of course you can. the stadium that calzaghes fightin in is ****in huge 75,000, but its so steeply banked youre right on top of the action. baseball arenas are steeply banked also. a few strategically placed big screens and a decent set of eyes and its all good. its so much more exciting watchin sport live. if i could get a ticket id be goin over to hatton pbf, even though im ****in skint

I was thinking that also, why not have it at bigger stadiums where the capacity may be in the 10s of thousands but they choose smaller venues with half the capacity. I don't think it would hurt ppv buys at all and if the fight is truly mega I see no reason they can't make it happen.

I always thought they should have boxing at Wrigley Field in Chicago, the view from pretty much every seat is good and it's a nice location, astheticly pleasing, by the lake.

Gillet. They might sell the team to the Red Bull owner.
