Well an interesting thing I did not expect see was that Mayweather seemed to be susceptible to Oscar's jab.

I dont think this helps anyone else at the relevant weight classes though, because no one has a jab as good as Oscar (and with the plus of Oscar's speed and the threat of Oscar's left hook)

Considering Floyd didn't come out of second gear and took several rounds off, I would say no.

No. Floyd beat Oscar without using his A game. He barely threw combinations. Potshotted all night. Oscar fought a smart fight for the most part but you need more than just that.

De La Hoya put up a great fight but he didnt have what it took to beat a prime P4P champ.

Now if DLH would have been in his prime then the outcome might of been much different....

Thats my point!! If DLH went all 12 and didnt lose his steam then he would have has every chance..And to be honest in my book Mayweather was never the clear winner in that fight at all IMO..

Oscar is known for gassing out though. That's like saying... well, if Lennox Lewis had an iron chin, he would have been an undefeated fighter. I mean, it's true, but who cares? It's just not reality, Oscar doesn't have excellent stamina, so it's not like if it had happened the night before or after the result would have been different.

So you guys think that there is nothing that Hatton can take form the DLH fight that would help him...Before I see that fight I couldnt see Hatton beating Mayweather at all, But after seeing that fight it changed my mind straight away, I could see that Hatton does have a chance I can't put my finger on it but it changed my Opinion!
