Gunstar, why do you want to spin this? It's all beside the point. Cotto has been headlining big shows for a few years and is just now in line for the big dogs: Mosley, then if he wins maybe Mayweather and/or DLH. Sure, there's always gonna be somebody coming up behind you, but Cotto is getting the big fights and nobody outside that group will matter until he's lost or he is the top of the food chain looking down

Mosley is not a big dog anymore, he's already been PWNED 5 times in his career.

Four. So what? DLH, Pacquaio, Klitschko, all have losses. As did Ray Robinson. Great fighters all lose. Mosley is a still a great fighter.

Williams can get in line. If he does it right he'll get the fights.

I didn't mean for Cotto in particular, just for bigger fights. You have to respect each guy's road up the ladder, at the same time no one gets a pass. Williams beat Marg. Fine, it wasn't a mind-blowing performace or anything, it was a boring and close decision. If he wins another comparable fight then he'll likely get a real headliner.

Why should Junito get special treatment?? Why not Williams?

As for the Margarito fight being boring, I don't think anyone will agree with you, many thought it was the fight of the year, I personally thought it was a good fight but not a fight of the year type of fight.

It was not a close fight, Willaims outlanded Margarito in 11 rounds. I had it 9-3 for Williams.

i agree with KJ, it was a boring sloppy fight and the fighters proved they were good but nowhere near elite///

I think Williams is better then Junito, now look at this this way, Punisher beats Margarito who was the Champ for many years, Junito beats Judah who was already PWNED by Baldy and Floyd.

                      .
He's not getting special treatment. He's been an HBO headliner for years, all building up to these next few big money fights. Fighting Williams would be going backwards.

And Marg-Will was a pretty **** fight. I know some people thought differently, but it was one of those situations in which both guys . . . . . Let's just say Cotto is in a different class right now, at least from the business side, though I think also from the boxing side. You can disagree with the latter, that's just my opinion, but the former (business) is just fact.
